As a Korean, I was curious yet skeptical that Oma would taste as described. To my surprise, it was not only delicious but also tasted exactly like the authentic, home-cooked soup I grew up on. It’s also incredibly easy to make!
This is such a convenient way to get a quick, tasty, nutritious postpartum meal in — eat as is by adding hot water or add some tofu, beef, or chicken for extra protein. Tastes like my grandma’s soup.

I love all things seafood and Oma has become my favourite, super easy to make and healthy soup when I don't have time to cook. It takes 3 minutes to make and you can add noodles for extra deliciousness!
I’m so happy I discovered Oma. A both light and flavorful broth based soup didn’t seem to exist anywhere else I looked. I love this to substitute a meal if I just want something healthy and comforting. I also drink it as an alternative to a snack or a tea/coffee. It’s very satisfying. My husband is also a fan, he really likes the seaweed - it’s hard to find elsewhere. Will be ordering throughout the winter!
