Dumpling Soup or also called Mandu-guk

Dumpling Soup or also called Mandu-guk

Try this quick and comforting Manduguk (Korean dumpling soup) in just 10 minutes! While traditional recipes often use dashi or bone broth, you don’t need to worry about that here. OMA Seaweed Soup is made with bone broth, so you can have a rich broth ready in just 2 minutes.

What kind of dumplings do you like? Vegetables, pork, chicken, or maybe kimchi? You can use whatever you like! The seaweed and optional vegetables will round out the dish, while the dumplings make it hearty and filling.
