The flavor infused in this soup is incredible. It’s impressive that, despite being an instant product, it has such a natural taste, and the texture of the algae is just right; it  feels like it’s freshly cooked. I also love the convenience of the format; it’s very innovative.

I wonder why Koreans love rice and soup, so much. Because when we’re born our moms eat tons of miyeok guk, this nutritious seaweed soup that helps them heal and nurse and every year we eat this miyeok guk in honor of our mothers. Miyeok guk can be such a labor of love, which is why I love the new OMA miyeok guk. The freeze dried package rehydrates into a lush, rich beefy broth with silky seaweed, the original gukbap that’s perfect for eating with rice and topping with a little square of cheese just like how I used to eat it as a kid

As a birth worker, long hours and sleepless nights can leave you feeling drained. That’s why I’m obsessed with Oma Natural Food’s seaweed soup 🌿. It’s quick, delicious, and packed with essential nutrients like iodine, calcium, and iron that help keep me nourished and able to show up fully.

This soup is also fantastic for postpartum recovery, full of minerals that help replenish the body after childbirth. Whether you’re supporting others or healing yourself, it’s a game-changer. 💫

Korean seaweed soup is a cozy dish long heralded for its nutritive properties. These dehydrated miyeokguk cubes are made with natural seaweed and beef bone broth. Unlike many sodium-filled instant soups, Oma’s (named after the Korean word for mother) tastes as close as you’ll get to homemade: balanced, well-seasoned, and utterly comforting. After rehydrating the block with a cup of boiling water, let it sit covered for two minutes before stirring. Add steamed rice for the full Korean effect.
