Korean seaweed soup is a cozy dish long heralded for its nutritive properties. These dehydrated miyeokguk cubes are made with natural seaweed and beef bone broth. Unlike many sodium-filled instant soups, Oma’s (named after the Korean word for mother) tastes as close as you’ll get to homemade: balanced, well-seasoned, and utterly comforting. After rehydrating the block with a cup of boiling water, let it sit covered for two minutes before stirring. Add steamed rice for the full Korean effect.
Beyond impressed at how delicious this broth is. I needed something to eat between meals when traveling that was also carry on friendly. I thought I would be eating them simply because I needed to and ended up loving them!!

I was sure this was another Instagram promoted product that wouldn’t taste as good as it looked. Not so! The soup is seriously good. It is so surprising to me. I grew up eating homemade Mom’s seaweed soup (sometimes a bit of a chore to eat it, never liked it that much). I actually loved this soup. I will take it on the road for business trips for a healthy snack or late meal on the go. Thank for for producing a high quality product that is also culturally authentic.
I was curious about the product when I first saw the advertisement on Instagram. So glad that I tried it... because I have upgraded from 2 boxes to 4 boxes! Can't wait to get my next shipment!
