Ingredients

2 OMA cubes (beef broth or vegan broth) noodles (Naengmyeon), cucumber, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes
  2. Dissolve 2 OMA cubes in 2 cups hot water
  3. Let the broth cool completely, then add ice to chill
  4. Cook the noodles per package instructions
  5. Rinse them in cold water for extra chew
