Recipe for One Serving
Ingredients
Mushrooms, Carrot, Spinach, Gochujang(Korean chili paste), 1 egg, OMA cube, Rice, (Optional: Sesame seeds, Sesame oil, Soy sauce)
Instructions
- Dissolve one OMA cube in hot water, then cover and set aside.
- Heat pan with a little oil and sauté each veggie (carrot, spinach, mushrooms) on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of salt to bring out the natural flavors.
- Fry the egg however you like it.
- Layer the cooked veggies over a bowl of steamed rice.
- Add the fried egg on top.
- Drizzle a little sesame oil, soy sauce, and sprinkle some sesame seeds (optional), then top with gochujang.
