1 pack of lean ground beef, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, salt & pepper, 1 egg, chopped vegetables (carrot, green onion), 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. In the bowl, add the ground beef and chopped vegetables
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, pepper, egg, and minced garlic
  4. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined
  5. Shape the mixture into small patties
  6. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned
