Korean Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups leftover rice, 1 pack green peas, 1 cup corn, 2 carrots (diced), 4 eggs, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 pack chopped ham 

Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the leftover rice. Break up any clumps.
  2. Add green peas, corn, and chopped ham. Stir to combine.
  3. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs and set aside.
  4. Add the scrambled eggs and diced carrots to the rice mixture.
  5. Add butter to enhance the flavor.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
