If you’re looking for a quick and easy meal, you’ve come to the right place! This 5-minute Kimchi Jjigae with OMA cube is perfect for busy days when you want something comforting without hassle.
Every winter, Korean families prepare a year’s worth of Kimchi. I remember my family never going without Kimchi when we were living in Paris. My mom always made it from my grandma’s recipe. The house would be filled with the scent of garlic, ginger, and fish sauce all day while we made it, but it was totally worth it. Kimchi can be enjoyed on its own as a banchan, in Kimchi Jjigae, in fried rice, or just about anything!
If you’re craving spicy and comforting Korean soul food, you just need Kimchi + OMA cube, the rest is optional. This became our top favorite Korean-shortcut recipe!
