White Rice, Purple Rice

Instructions

  1. Mix white + purple rice (2:1 ratio)
  2. Rinse with cold water
  3. Repeat this 3 to 5 times until the water becomes clear
  4. OMA Tip: Soak for 30 mins! This makes every grain fluffy
  5. Place your hand flat and add water to your knuckle line
  6. Put the rice into the rice cooker
