Korean rolled omelet (Gyeranmari) is such a fun side dish to make. It works perfectly with rice and soup, or even on its own as a simple breakfast. Instead of eating the same boiled eggs every morning, this is a way to enjoy protein with a little more excitement! The mix of eggs and vegetables makes it colorful, and the best part is rolling it up and slicing to see the layers inside. Pair it with a bowl of seaweed soup and you have a protein-packed, nourishing meal in minutes.
