Chicken breast, carrots, onions, and cabbage leaves

Instructions

  2. Microwave the cabbage for 4-5 mins until soft
  3. Cut the carrots and onions, then sauté them in a dash of olive oil
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Place a cabbage leaf on a plate, top with shredded chicken, carrots, and onions
