Protein-Packed Korean Tofu Recipe

Ingredients

Tofu, Egg, Minced Garlic, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Korean Red Chili Pepper, Chopped Green Onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into rectangles
  2. Beat an egg and whisk until smooth
  3. Dip the tofu slices into the egg mixture
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add cooking oil
  5. Place the tofu in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides
  6. Sauce: Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and Korean red pepper powder
  7. Top with green onions before serving and enjoy!
