Seaweed Pumpkin Gnocchi Recipe
Ingredients
For the Gnocchi: potatoes, pumpkin puree, all-purpose flour, yolk (optional)
For the Sauce: OMA cube, parmesan cheese, salt, heavy cream
Instructions
- Dissolve one OMA seaweed cube, blend until smooth
- Add heavy cream for that rich, creamy sauce
- Mix the mashed potatoes, egg yolk (optional), salt, and pumpkin puree in a bowl
- Add more flour as needed to get a smooth dough
- Shape the dough into little pumpkins
- Boil, then pan-fry the gnocchi until golden
- Add creamy seaweed sauce and parmesan cheese, enjoy!
