Seaweed Pumpkin Gnocchi Recipe

Ingredients

For the Gnocchi: potatoes, pumpkin puree, all-purpose flour, yolk (optional)
For the Sauce: OMA cube, parmesan cheese, salt, heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve one OMA seaweed cube, blend until smooth
  2. Add heavy cream for that rich, creamy sauce
  3. ⁠Mix the mashed potatoes, egg yolk (optional), salt, and pumpkin puree in a bowl
  4. ⁠Add more flour as needed to get a smooth dough
  5. ⁠Shape the dough into little pumpkins
  6. ⁠Boil, then pan-fry the gnocchi until golden
  7. ⁠Add creamy seaweed sauce and parmesan cheese, enjoy!
