Tuna Rice Burger for Busy Weekday Lunches

These Korean tuna rice burgers are our go-to for outdoor or office days. Homemade and packed with creamy tuna, savory rice, and tangy kimchi, they’re like a Korean-style Lunchable. Pair them with a warm soup for the perfect meal. 

Tuna Rice Burger Recipe

Ingredients

Canned tuna, mayo, sesame oil, kimchi, danmuji, rice, nori (Optional) 

Recipe

  1. Season the rice with sesame oil and salt
    2. Feel free to add shredded nori to the rice (optional)
    3. Sauté the kimchi in a pan
    4. In a separate bowl, mix the canned tuna with mayo to your taste
    5. Layer the ingredients by adding a base of rice and the fillings, and finish with a final layer of rice on top
    6. Gently press down to shape and compact the layers 
    8. Wrap the rice burger tightly!
