Korean Marinated Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

Eggs, Green Onions, Onion, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Water, Green Peppers (optional for spice)

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs 6–8 min for soft-boiled
  2. Mix: ½ cup soy sauce, ½ cup water, ⅓ cup sugar, chopped onion, green onion + green pepper (optional for spice)
  3. Add peeled eggs, make sure they’re fully submerged
  4. Refrigerate overnight (or min. 4 hrs)
  5. Enjoy with rice and OMA’s seaweed soup
