Easy Korean Cold Noodle Recipe for Summer

Ingredients

2 OMA cubes (beef broth or vegan broth) noodles (Naengmyeon), cucumber, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes
  2. Dissolve 2 OMA cubes in 2 cups hot water
  3. Let the broth cool completely, then add ice to chill
  4. Cook the noodles per package instructions
  5. Rinse them in cold water for extra chew
  6. Pour the chilled broth into a bowl, add the noodles
  7. Top with cucumber strips and tomatoes
