Easy Korean Cold Noodle Recipe for Summer
Ingredients
2 OMA cubes (beef broth or vegan broth) noodles (Naengmyeon), cucumber, cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes
- Dissolve 2 OMA cubes in 2 cups hot water
- Let the broth cool completely, then add ice to chill
- Cook the noodles per package instructions
- Rinse them in cold water for extra chew
- Pour the chilled broth into a bowl, add the noodles
- Top with cucumber strips and tomatoes
