High Protein Korean Tofu Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
Extra Firm Tofu, Ground Turkey (or other ground meat), Egg, Salt, Pepper, Chopped vegetables (green onions, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey and your choice of finely chopped vegetables
- Add squeezed tofu to the bowl
- Season with salt and pepper
- Crack one egg and mix everything well
- Roll into bite-sized meatballs
- Cook them until browned on all sides
