High Protein Korean Tofu Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

Extra Firm Tofu, Ground Turkey (or other ground meat), Egg, Salt, Pepper, Chopped vegetables (green onions, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey and your choice of finely chopped vegetables
  2. Add squeezed tofu to the bowl
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Crack one egg and mix everything well
  5. Roll into bite-sized meatballs
  6. Cook them until browned on all sides
